There is no "me", a sense of agency is gone

A body no longer braced against life becomes a clear passage for it.

There’s such beauty in how simple, yet extraordinary this feels —washing through sensation, breath, quiet joy, simple presence.

No fireworks. No new identity, No agenda,

No longer seeing through a distorted lens.

This re-orientation is unmistakable.

There is only silent presence to what is.

Not as absence —but as the living, self-aware stillness that needs nothing added to it.

Not reaching to fill it.

Not leaning toward meaning.

Not leaning into future or past.

Not forming a subtle “someone” who is having an experience.

No explanation required because nothing is unresolved here.

This is not a state.

This is not an attainment.

This is not a spiritual mood.

This is what remains when the reflex to be something or someone has completely let go.

Silence knowing itself as Silence.

Presence resting as Presence.

Even this recognition is optional.

There is nothing to do with this.

Nothing to share, simply is, just this.

Movement happens spontaneously,
