Field of Peace ...

Equilibrium is not something we achieve.
It is what remains when nothing inside is at war.
For much of human life, conflict is projected outward.
We see it in arguments,
in relationships,
in nations at war.
Yet the root of conflict begins much closer.
It begins when opposing energies remain
unresolved within the human heart —
control against surrender,
dominance against sensitivity,
fear against trust.
These patterns live in all of us.
Until they are seen and reconciled within,
they continue to echo
through the world around us.
This is not about blame.
It is about understanding.
When the inner war quiets,
something profound happens.
Clarity replaces control.
Compassion replaces defence.
Softness and strength return to balance.
The masculine and feminine within come back into harmony.
And in that harmony,
equilibrium appears naturally.
Not because we forced it into being —
but because the conflict within has ended.
What remains is a field of peace.
From this field,
life is no longer lived through struggle.
Mountains are still mountains.
Rivers are still rivers.
A body is still a body.
Nothing needs to disappear.
The ordinary world remains
exactly as it is.
Yet everything is now recognised
as expressions of the same field.
And in this recognition,
the ordinary reveals itself as extraordinary.
Peace in the world has always begun in the same place:
The human heart
that has ended its own war.🌿
