the urge to fix ourselves,
the grasping for something to complete us.
Yet these movements simply belong to the contracted identity.
What is discovered through direct recognition
is expansive, boundaryless, without beginning or end
Nothing needs to be attained.
Life is simply revealed as the extraordinary mystery that is always here.
With deep humility in this recognition.
The search ends. The suffering ends,
Peace & joy remains.
And from this silent clarity, life flows naturally —
free, authentic, realising all things are held in presence.

The heart opens in joyful ease,
there is nothing to control,
nothing to resist,
Nothing to want,
Only the unfolding of this moment.
Some call this living force
the Divine Mother,
or the creative source of life.
Yet these are only words.
In truth it is simply aware being,
Ordinary yet extraordinarily peaceful,
Amused at all the drama,
effortlessly being right where you are.
Sharing this field of wholeness with those who seek freedom
is a natural expression of this flow.
