Ordinary, Yet Revolutionary...

A new way of being does not begin with awakening.
It begins with coherence.
It begins when the nervous system is no longer bracing against life.
It begins when awareness is no longer compressed by survival.
For much of our lives, identity is built around staying safe. We explain ourselves. We over-function. We regulate others. We anticipate reactions. We defend our boundaries. We try to survive emotionally, relationally, spiritually.
Even spiritual seeking can be a refined survival strategy.
And then something shifts.
The Identity Dissolves
As the field of divine intelligence stabilizes within the body, identity loosens.
All false personas are seen through.
The helper. The over-explainer. The one who manages the room. The one who needs to be understood. The one who must become safe.
This can feel like a death.
And in a way, it is.
But what dies is not your essence.
What dissolves is the safety blanket — the childlike grip on “How will I survive?”
There is often a moment of annihilation:
“If I let go of this… who will I be?”
And here is the truth:
Who you thought you were will not survive.
And that is the freedom.
In its place, something quieter appears.
A truer, more present awareness.
Not dramatic. Not mystical. Not special as in superior.
Just coherent.
The Heart Becomes a Gravitational Center
The heart is no longer an emotional processor.
It becomes a gravitational centre.
You are no longer trying to trust life as something outside you.
You begin to trust the field that you are.
That is why it feels safe.
There is no bottom. Only vastness that feels intimate.
Because you cannot fall out of what you are.
Boundaries Without Explanation
One of the most subtle — and powerful — changes is this:
You no longer feel the need to explain your boundaries.
Explanation, I realised, was often an attempt to regulate someone else’s nervous system.
To soften impact. To avoid rupture. To maintain harmony.
But that came at a cost.
It meant carrying emotional residue that wasn’t mine.
Now clarity is simple:
“No.”“That doesn’t work for me.”“I’m not available for that.”
And silence.
Not coldness. Not withdrawal.
Just coherence.
Sovereignty is not defending the field.
It is being the field.
The Shift from Identity to Field
There is a profound clarity between identity and field.
Identity negotiates its existence. Field simply is.
Identity sets boundaries to protect itself. Field maintains coherence naturally.
Identity seeks validation. Field does not require it.
When the reference point flips from “self in life” to “life in awareness,” something relaxes at a biological level.
The nervous system stops scanning. The body stops compressing awareness. Energy becomes available.
This is what many call “New Earth energies.”
But it is not mystical fireworks.
It is regulated sovereignty.
Creativity After Survival
From coherence, creativity changes too.
You no longer create to heal yourself. You no longer create to prove something. You no longer create to be seen.
You create because energy is available.
Expression becomes overflow, not discharge.
Simpler. Cleaner. More spacious.
Less urgency. More presence.
Ordinary, Yet Revolutionary
This way of being looks ordinary.
Gardening. Working. Drinking tea. Speaking clearly. Resting deeply.
But in a dysregulated world, regulated presence is revolutionary.
You are not ahead of humanity. You are not here to save anyone.
Some may feel like running out to tell the world.
You are simply no longer compressing awareness.
And that changes everything.
A new way of being begins with coherence.
Not becoming more.
But relaxing into what has always been here.
The field.
Alive. Present. Safe. 💜
Namaste 🙏🏼
