Nothing and no one has authority over another.

The only thing that ever seemed to, was ones own fear.

And fear was never an external force —it was a nervous system pattern.

When consciousness expands, discernment becomes essential.

What is mine? What is not mine?

Without that clarity, expanded states can blur boundaries. With clarity of what you are, they stabilize.

Vasovagal responses are not failure. They are recalibration.

The system returning to centre. The body coming Home.

Over the years, what has distilled is this:

Authority was never outside. Fear was in physiology. With truth recognised all becomes clear. Discernment is sovereignty in action.

And “Home” is not mystical drama —it is a regulated, coherent nervous system aligned with presence.

That’s the essence of it. IT SIMPLY IS.

Calm. Grounded. Clear.

Namaste 🙏🏼
